It is very rare for either the whole school or individual classes to close and it is always as a last resort. Exceptional circumstances which may trigger a whole or partial closure include severe weather conditions, lack of power (electricity or gas) or water or circumstances relating to a pandemic. 

Should school be closed as a result of an emergency situation, we will send out a Parent Mail as soon as possible. Teachers will also put a message on Class Dojo. In the case of individual class closures, we will endeavor to call the parents and carers at the earliest opportunity.
