Ridgeway School recognises the importance of clear and effective communication and it is very important to us that we work closely in partnership with parents/carers. Communication between home and school is key. Throughout the school year we will continue to share with you important information about your child’s learning as well as information about trips, upcoming events and reminders. Communication across the school community is something we regularly review to ensure that it is working in the best way. The charter outlines the ways in which we will communicate with you through face to face, Class Dojo, emails and phone calls. In creating the Ridgeway Communication Charter, we aim to develop effective, consistent and clear communication, enabling us to forge strong home-school links, whilst being mindful of staff workload and wellbeing.
